Who Invented Butter Chicken? Taste Case In Delhi Court ?

Who invented butter chicken?  

To find out the answer to this question, a case has been going on in the Delhi High Court for the past four months.  Almost Namur 'Thalapakkati Biryani' is a case.  kind of.

                Two Delhi-based restaurateurs have been suing the Delhi High Court since January, claiming they are the inventors of the world-famous 'butter chicken' dish.


 Diner has caught the attention of food critics and TV channels.  Former PTI Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and US President Richard De Nixon were all enchanted with this butter chicken taste.

 The fact that this butter chicken is ranked 43rd on the list of the best new cuisines in the world is a testament to the seriousness of the case.

 The popular 'Modi Mahal' restaurant has a variety of Butter Chicken dishes.

They have the full right to be recognized as a catcher.

 Also, its competitor Daryaganj Foods has stopped its claim and has filed a case for Rs 2 crore as damages.

 Before moving to Delhi, in the 1930s, Kundan Lal Gujral, the founder of Modika Mahal Restaurant, ran a restaurant in Peshawar, Pakistan.

Moti Mahal restaurant said that this dish is made there.

 However, Daryaganj has stated in his reply that this story is not true.  Also, their family member Kundan Lal Jaki was the cook after the restaurant moved to Delhi;  That's when he found Butter Chicken.

Then Gujral of the restaurant started dealing with the affairs of the market.

He also said that he was taking care of the weeds.

 Both Gujral and Zakki are not alive at present.  Evidence in the case was a black and white photograph taken in the 1930s;  1949 Collective Agreement;  Jaki's business card after moving to Delhix;  Here is a video of him talking about butter chicken in 2017

It is agreed that the court will have to make a key judgment as to when and by whom the first was prepared.  Or to inform both Gujral and Zakki whether to give the right to the same.  The court is forced to.

 Meanwhile, in their pleadings, 5 both the restaurants 7 have accused each other T of replicating the interior designs of their restaurants.

 The next phase of hearing in this case has been adjourned till 29th.
