Has Kejriwal's campaign given up? What is the state of mind of the people of Delhi?

The parliamentary election field in the capital of India, Delhi, is heating up. Especially when Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested close to the election.

His release on interim bail has boosted his image as a nation-wide leader.

There are total 7 parliamentary constituencies in Delhi. In the last 2014 and 2019 parliamentary elections, BJP won all 7 constituencies. But on the contrary, in the 2015 and 2020 assembly elections held in subsequent years, the Aam Aadmi Party ,It won a huge victory and came to power in Delhi.

Attitude of people of Delhi towards elections

As far as the people of Delhi are concerned, they vote in a different way in assembly elections and in a different way in parliamentary elections. It is because of this that the Aam Aadmi Party, which got only 18% votes in the 2019 parliamentary elections, won 53.5% votes in the 2020 assembly elections. But as far as the parliamentary elections are concerned, the BJP has been the dominant party in Delhi.

Strength of AAP-Congress alliance.

What is important about the change in this election is that the Aam Aadmi Party is the Congress party which contested separately in the last 2 parliamentary elections

The party also competes together. Due to this, the disaffected votes against the central government will fall to the India alliance and this alliance has become strong.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections, the combined vote percentages of Congress and Aam Aadmi Party stand at 40.62%. Whereas in the 2014 parliamentary elections, if the vote percentages of Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are added separately, it comes to 48%. BJP won all 7 constituencies in that election with a vote percentage of 46.4%. This is why this alliance

The arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at the time of the election has also turned the sympathy of the people into a positive for the India alliance. In this case the Supreme Court .  Uttarawal Kejriwal's coming out and campaigning in Delhi has brought a significant support base to the India alliance. BJP is contesting directly in all 7 constituencies in NDA. India alliance Aam Aadmi Party is contesting in 4 constituencies and Congress party in 3 constituencies.

For whom are the votes of the Muslim and the working people?

There are nearly 1.5 crore voters in all the 7 constituencies in Delhi. 11.7% are Muslims. Especially in the two regions of North East Delhi and Central Delhi, Muslims are around 30%. With the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party contesting together, it is widely seen that the majority of Muslim votes will go undivided to the India Alliance.

Similarly, there are many residential areas of working people known as slums in Delhi. There are a total of 675 slums in Delhi. There are nearly 20 lakh people in them. Muslims and slum dwellers

Votes play an important role in deciding victory or defeat.

Therefore, both BJP and Aam Aadmi Party have launched a vigorous campaign targeting the slums. In North East Delhi, West Delhi and Chandni Cholak constituencies.  The number of people living in slums is high. The welfare schemes brought by the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi like free water and free electricity have increased the support of the slums to the Aam Aadmi Party. In those areas .The establishment of medical clinics and improved infrastructure of schools have also increased Aam Aadmi's influence in these areas. Stronghold of Aam Aadmi Party

These areas are seen as

BJP has made serious efforts to capture these areas. The BJP has been campaigning on the central government's allotment of houses to many families from these areas. However, rising prices, unemployment etc. in these areas .Political commentators in Delhi say that the Bharatiya Janata Party is a step ahead of the BJP when it comes to slums, which are seen as key issues by the people.

For whom women vote?

1000 per month for women in economically backward families and free travel for women in buses by the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi following Tamil Nadu.

Arvind Kejriwal is confident that the announced schemes will win the Aam Aadmi Party the women's vote. AAP by Arvind Kejriwal's aide BJP has launched a campaign against Aam Aadmi Party among women centering on the issue of assault by MP Swati Malival. But this. The issue did not resonate as much on the ground as it did in the media .So say in Delhi's political circles

BJP not giving tickets to sitting MPs

Also in the case of alleged corruption in Delhi's liquor policy. There is a mixed mood among people. And this time for BJP MPs Realizing that there will be opposition among the people, BJP somehow managed to capture 7 seats They did not give tickets to 6 of the sitting M.P.s. Will compete in North East Delhi BJP has replaced all the sitting MPs except Manoj Tiwari and announced other candidates.

Importance of immigrants

Next in India is Maharashtra followed by migrants from other states.  Delhi is the second most populous region. 2019 related to immigrants.  Based on the data, 63 lakh people of Delhi's population are immigrants from other states. A large portion of these have become voters of Delhi. Since most of them are immigrants from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar states, who their votes will go to will also be seen as important in winning or losing.

BJP campaign.

BJP has made many attempts to capture all 7 constituencies this time too. Most of the BJP's high profile leaders have campaigned in Delhi. Prime Minister Modi, Amit Shah, JP Natta, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Many such as former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chelahan.  They have campaigned for BJP in Delhi.

What does the middle class think?

Regarding Delhi's middle class, the survey respondents say,  They approach electing the Chief Minister and electing the Prime Minister differently. For this election, the idea of having a strong prime minister is more important than local issues.  Many in the middle class are reported to have. This belief is higher than that of BJP workers. Seen only in leaders. Dissatisfaction votes, rising prices etc are negative factors for BJP .Journalists who have been saying that till now BJP will win in Delhi.
