Google Pay will stop in June! Here is the announcement made by Google

People are shocked as Google has announced the discontinuation of services like Google Pay, Google One, VPN etc.

Google has decided to make a big move this coming June. Yes, Google Pay and Google VPN have decided to phase out services in June.

While millions of users are affected by this, Indian users are said to be unaffected.

The Google One VPN service owned by Google will be discontinued on June 20. This service is not launched in India yet.. so there is no impact for Hindi users.

Free Pixel VPN service will continue to be offered to Google Pixel 7 series users. Google Pixel 7, Google Pixel 7 Pro, Google Pixel 7A and Fold smartphone users will not be affected.

The Google Pay app will be shut down in the US starting June 4. However, in markets like India and Singapore, Google Pay will work as before.

Instead of the Google Pay service in the US market, the recently launched Google Wallet in India will be offered in the US.

But both Google Pay and Google will operate as separate services in India. This means Indian Google Pay app users can transact money without any restrictions.

While the news about the shutdown of two of Google's services has come out and shocked everyone, this explanation has now given everyone a sigh of relief.
