Footage has emerged showing North Korea sending bags of feces and garbage to South Korea in giant balloons.

South Korean officials are urging people to stay indoors after 260 bags of feces and garbage landed in South Korea along with balloons sent from North Korea.



The thing is, South Korean activists have been flying leaflets against North Korean President Kim Jong Un in balloons for a long time. Kim Kang II, a North Korean security official who warned South Korea about it last Sunday, warned that in retaliation for South Korea's action, garbage and obscenities would rain down on areas along the South Korean border.
